The Pet Nanny – FAQs

Tailored Pet Care Services

Are you insured?

Yes we have full public liability insurance.

What areas do you cover?

Marlow and surrounding areas.

Can I meet you before my pets are left in your care?

We offer a free, no obligation meeting, where we can discuss your requirements face-to-face and ask any further questions. We like you and your dog to visit the home they will stay in, so that you are completely comfortable about who is looking after them and their facilities.

What do you feed the pets?

We ask you to supply enough of the food they like to eat for their stay.

Are dogs always housed with others?

If your dog prefers to be on its own we can accommodate it, alternatively if your dog loves mixing with other sociable dogs, we can arrange that too.

What about vaccinations?

All pets must have appropriate and up-to-date vaccinations, and to have been treated for fleas and worms. Dogs should have had their kennel cough treatment at least 2 weeks prior to starting boarding.

Do you take bitches in season?

We do, although it depends on space availability and the Pet Nanny they are staying with.

Do you look after kittens and puppies too?

Oh yes, we love to!

Can you administer my pet medication?

We can do, but would decide this on a case-by-case basis.

How many walks a day will my dog get?

Generally the dogs will go out for two walks each day.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans change. If they do, please notify us as soon as possible. Charges may apply, please see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
